Frescolive is a food-safe garnish container designed for both commercial and residential use. Users are responsible for proper handling, cleaning, and storing the product. Frescolive LLC disclaims liability for misuse, neglect, or modification of the product beyond its intended design.

4. Order Acceptance & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods.

Frescolive LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with incorrect pricing or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Returns

We ship domestically within the U.S. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. We do not currently offer international shipping.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Note: Due to the nature of the product and hygiene standards, returned items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
